Account Eligibility

The account shall be created only by the owner, authorized representative, or duly authorized employee of the Health Care Establishment (HCE). No third-party or unauthorized personnel may register on behalf of an HCE without proper documentation and approval.

Information Accuracy

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your use of the system. Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in suspension or cancellation of your account and/or regulatory action under applicable laws.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. This includes safeguarding login credentials from unauthorized access and promptly reporting any suspected security breaches to the Commission.

Account Responsibility

Any activity performed using your account shall be deemed to have been carried out by the account holder. You bear full responsibility for all actions taken under your registered credentials.

Permitted Use

The account shall be used solely for accessing KP HCC regulatory services, including:

• HCE Registration
• Training on Standards
• Licensing & Renewals
• Fee Payments
• Compliance Reporting

Document Authenticity

You are responsible for uploading authentic, valid, and legible documents as required by the Commission. KP HCC reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all submitted documents through official channels.

Verification Rights

The Commission may verify information submitted through this portal with relevant government departments or regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Data Usage & Privacy

Information collected through the portal shall be used solely for regulatory, administrative, and statutory purposes in accordance with applicable laws and government policies of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

System Availability

While KP HCC endeavors to ensure uninterrupted access to the system, the Commission shall not be liable for temporary interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

Legal Compliance

Users agree to comply with the provisions of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Care Commission Act, 2015, applicable rules, regulations, standards, and any subsequent amendments issued by the Commission.

Account Suspension

KP HCC reserves the right to suspend, deactivate, or terminate any account found to be in violation of these terms or involved in fraudulent or unauthorized activities, without prior notice.
